Creative Connections and Autism
Every year, autism affects 1 in 150 kids. At Creative Connections Consulting, LLC, the mission is to help empower families to be the agent of change in the treatment of their child’s Autism Spectrum disorder, while creating meaningful, lifelong connections between individuals. Creative Connections is comprised of a group of motivated and energetic consultants and therapists based in Florida who work with integrity, honesty, and accountability to help families reach and maintain a quality of life for those on the Autism Spectrum.
The Creative Connections team specializes in Relationship Development Intervention or RDI®. RDI® is a parent-based intervention program based on over 20 years of developmental and autism research. It is a developmental, step-by-step approach in which parents are provided with the tools to effectively teach Dynamic Intelligence skills and motivation to their child. The RDI® program focuses first on building the motivations so that skills will be used and generalized; it is then followed by carefully and systematically building the skills for competence and fulfillment in a complex world.
The Creative Connections team recognizes the importance of incorporating an eclectic team approach tailored to meet the needs of each child. Creative Connections Consultants are dedicated to providing optimal programming that is customized to each individual family.
